Objectivity has a range of products for directors, CEOs, marketing people, advertisers, sales managers, HR managers, PR and/or corporate affairs managers.

Methodology is very important in the quantification of needs, standards and perceptions.

If you don't do it the right way, you will not get the right answer. You will get an answer, but not the right one! Methodology is thus open ended so as not to miss anything that is important to a KCG. We do not prejudge what is important.

"When you order coffee, do you want it to be strong and hot?"

We would ask
"What is important to you when you order coffee?"


Strategy is a plan to influence people to behave in a certain way, e.g. to buy, stock or use your brand.

You therefore have to say the right things in your target market or audience to achieve the response/s you require.

But what is the message and how should you convey this message to the target audience?

Advertising Agencies

Advertising is often a very big part of your perception shifting effort, but as a function it is not often undertaken, managed, measured and reported in a professional manner. It is because of this that Objectivity performs a unique service for both Advertisers and Advertising agencies.

Today, advertising is totally quantifiable in terms of awareness shifts, perception shifts and responses generated.

Advertising Agency Monitoring

Objectivity maintains a database of all advertising agencies. Each year, Objectivity visits each of these advertising agencies to check their client lists. All clients are then telephoned and asked to rate the performances of their agencies. Individual Advertising Agency Performance Profiles are developed in this way.

Agency performance can then be compared with:

  1. the Norms of the Advertising Industry
  2. the "Corridors of Excellence" in the Advertising Industry
  3. other agencies
  4. The desired standards of performance of advertisers.
This database enables us to provide a range of agency-related services to both Advertisers and Advertising Agencies
