| All clients are then telephoned and asked to rate the performances of the agencies they use, or have used. |
| Individual Advertising Agency Performance Profiles are developed in this way. |
Agency performance can then be compared with:
- the Norms of the Advertising Industry
- the 'Corridors of Excellence' in the Advertising Industry
- other agencies
- the desired standards of performance of advertisers.
